“Through the blessing of the upright a city is exalted.…”
He has given His Church the mandate to care for the hurting and helpless in our cities. This incredible responsibility can only be accomplished as we come together and think creatively and use our resources to make a difference in our city. As we share hope and help with those in need, we are living out the true heart of the Gospel. Here at North Cleveland, we believe through these actions of love the Church becomes the Body of Christ to the hurting and provides the opportunity to see our city transformed.
Men & Women of action provides opportunities to show the love of Christ by participating in hands on ministry through volunteer services in construction, disaster relief, and service projects in our church, local community, and around the world.
Men and women travel to local jails and prisons to share the Good News of Jesus Christ through teaching and preaching the gospel, encouraging, and praying with individuals.
We commit to bring the Gospel to the elderly living in retirement and nursing homes. This ministry serves those who are unable to come to church, and provides prayer, comfort and encouragement for the elderly.
In an effort to help those unable to leave their homes hear the Gospel each week, we provide correspondence and resources to them to still engage as a part of our church. In many cases, these individuals have been long term members of North Cleveland and have been a vital part of the legacy of this church.
