This is the month where we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and the wonderful words spoken by the angel at the tomb, “He is not here.” We have further reason to rejoice because although He was not in the tomb, He is very much present in the work that is continuing to be done in the Rise and Build campaign. Here is the latest progress on this work…

· In the “Creation Station” room, the front has been completed, including framing, trimming, painting, door trim painting, and metal measured, ordered, and installed. Sheetrock has been hung and mudded. Materials for garage door have been precut and painted, and the garage door has been installed. Cabinet and drawers have been rebuilt and painted. Electrical has been installed, including changing the light switch and installing covers on outlets. Four speakers have been installed. A new 20-amp breaker and homerun have been added to supply sufficient electricity for four TVs. Two new receptacles for TVs and two new communication lines have been installed.

· In the “Theater” room, the front has been set up, framed, and painted. Rough-in electrical has been installed. Sheetrock has been hung and mudded. The old lighting circuit has been removed. Lighting under the marquee has been installed. The ticket booth and columns have been temporarily installed. A new 20-amp breaker and homerun have been added to supply sufficient electricity for theater lighting, projector, and sound.

· In the “Pizzeria” room, a 100-foot HDMI cable has been added from the counter to the TV. Lighting covers and electrical in base cabinet have been installed. The backdrop in the window and the pizza sign have been installed.

· In the “Candy Shop” room, the window has been built, glass has been installed in the window, and the window has been installed. The trim and window have been painted. Exterior painting has been completed. Crown molding, chair rail, and wainscoting have been installed. Four speakers have been installed. The light switch has been changed, and a ceiling light was installed above the door.

· In the former workout room, electrical for front lights has been roughed in, new emergency lighting has been roughed in and installed, and brick veneer has been installed.
· In the NCKids production room, walls have been taped and mudded, and exterior trim has been installed. Brick siding has been installed and painted. Wiring for three lights has been roughed in. Four speakers and a new sign have been installed. Two outlets, a lighting circuit, and commercial fused switch have been installed.

While on the cross, Jesus said, “It is finished,” but our work in providing a place for the generations to come is far from finished. Thank you for all of your prayer and support as we continue to Rise and Build!
