Rise and Build-August Update

Vacation time has ended. It is time for teachers and students to get back to work and back to school. We, however, are not getting back to work because our work on the Rise and Build campaign has not stopped. Here is where our progress currently stands…

· In the Game Room, new door closers have been installed.

· In ToonTown, the sprocket on the stage turntable has been rebuilt. Demolition of cables and steel in ceiling and old lighting in the auditorium and the stage has been completed. New lighting and new lighting circuit on stage have been installed. Doors have been stripped and refinished. New kick plates have been installed.

· In the atrium of the Family Ministries Center, patching and priming of the walls has begun.

· In the family restroom, a new door has been installed.

· In the café, four diffusers have been replaced. Two supply vents over the grill have been cleaned and repainted. New door closers have been installed. Twenty-two can lights have been painted, and emergency lights have been repainted.

It is plain to see that the work has not stopped and the progress continues to move forward. Excitement fills the air as each part of the plan comes into order. The best is yet to come! Thank you for your ongoing prayer and support as we continue to Rise and Build!
